Their education, design and product research requirements keep them in tune with the latest building practices and design trends. This certification was created by members of the Florida Home Builders Association to help consumers find a builder they can trust.

Bob Krieff, with over 40 years of experience as a home builder and land developer, has a longstanding affiliation with the Guardian American Companies; serving this company in various consulting, senior management, and principal ownership roles. RDK Development Enterprises, Inc. was established in 2008 to provide the Guardian American Companies with another building arm to deliver housing to thousands of Florida families. Today, RDK Development serves the greater Tampa Bay Area as a Residential Design Build company, assisting owners with homesite selections, through construction and delivery of their new home. RDK Development is proud to be one of 32 Florida Certified Master Builders throughout the State of Florida and the only one located in the Metropolitan Tampa Bay Area.
